My family and I love the suite and the property location.

I love the property, very comfortable and for family trips and safe ,clean and up to date. We always choose it, We’ve been there four times already.

As always, I loved how pleasant and friendly the staff was. It's always a pleasure when we arrive. The checking process was seamless. The desk where you get your bracelets and information was very informative and polite. Always a welcoming experience. The guard at the elevator was pleasant as well. Valet service was very punctual and friendly. Brought our items upstairs very promptly. All of this made the beginning of our stay very pleasant. I also loved the adult swimming time. I was able to get in some exercise both Saturday and Sunday morning. The pool staff was very pleasant. Had a wonderful conversation. Which is very rare with some people early in the morning.

I''ve always loved this place. We have been staying here for years. Even during the pandemic. The staff is wonderful. We stayed for Christmas and they had a lot of activities for the families.

The property works as both a traditional hotel and time-share property. We were asked to attend a time-share session in exchange of some appealing incentives but we declined. Check in was very pleasant. The staff gives you wristbands in addition to hotel keys. The elevators are very modern, fast and very optimized, entering the floor and number of people while calling the elevator. There is a swimming pool and other amenities on the 6th floor, which we did not actually use because of our schedule. The room we got was excellent. It's a small apartment with a fully functional kitchen, living room with TV and sofa bed, and two bedrooms with king beds. One bathroom next to one room, and a suite bathroom with a shower in the main room, which also has a jet tub within the room (separate to the bathroom, part of the bedroom if you're into that). Would've enjoyed the tub if it was within the bathroom. The room has a nice balcony with ocean and boardwalk views. Location is great: It's one block from the boardwalk, not right in it. It's walking distance to Resorts and Hard Rock, which have excellent dining options. The building is very well maintained.
